2. What You Receive

When you purchase a Legacyki product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the digital content for your own personal use. Products may include PDF ebooks, printable worksheets, Notion templates, and Google Sheets templates.

3. License — What You Can and Cannot Do

You MAY:

• Download and use the product for your own personal use
• Print physical copies for personal use
• Fill in and customize templates for your personal information
• Share access to your completed binder with trusted family members

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share original product files with others
• Claim the content as your own creation
• Use our products to create competing products for sale
• Remove any copyright notices or branding from the materials

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final due to instant digital delivery. Once purchased and access granted, we do not offer refunds.

• Technical issues — If you cannot access your files after purchase, email info@legacyki.com and we will resolve it immediately with a replacement delivery.
• Wrong product — If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, templates, and materials created by Legacyki are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Legacyki™ is a brand name — unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacyki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our products reference third-party platforms (Notion, Google Sheets). Your use of these is governed by their own terms. Legacyki is not affiliated with or responsible for these platforms.

9. Privacy

Your use of our products is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.
